The CMA collaborates with domestic regulatory and law enforcement agencies through formal agreements and information-sharing arrangements to ensure a coordinated approach to financial regulation and the combating of financial crime.
The CMA maintains formal cooperation arrangements with domestic agencies including the Financial Intelligence Agency, the Cyprus Police Service, the Attorney General's Chambers, the Registrar of Companies, and the tax authorities.
