Service Provider Training
The CMA provides guidance on AML/ATF training requirements for regulated entities and their employees.
All regulated entities must ensure that their employees receive adequate AML/ATF training. Training must be tailored to the employee's role and responsibilities, and must cover the entity's AML/ATF policies and procedures, customer due diligence, suspicious activity identification and reporting, and sanctions compliance.
